For a matter of time, I rarely attend to hero calls. I get all the benefits by the telegram chat. And these are a lot. In the telegram group you can ask for help all day long, and not only Joe and Isaias reply to you. There are other guys really expert who give you a hand with your coding. hey everyone it’s Joe and azaleas here from the automator and last week I watched this really interesting webinar from Pat Flynn on communities and it was really interesting so I extracted a one minute extract so we’ll go ahead and play that here and Isaiah’s not going to talk about it so let’s go ahead and play the video when you find those people and they’re having those conversations and you know one your your partner doesn’t have to listen to you talk about lures for 10 minutes because you’re going to
be talking to your friends on this on this um this community just just guessing here just throw a total guess that April’s like thank you you know but they’re like topics magic like business she knows that I am a business owner and we talk very lightly about it but once I start getting deep she’s just like this is for your people this isn’t for me um same things happening and same thing is happening with bass fishing I trust me we do have a lot of things in common that we do talk about but it’s it’s not
those things those things I talk about in these communities yeah right with other super nerds who are also outcasted by their spouses and we can all just kind of connect with each other right I love it all right so in that video you know I think a lot of us can relate to this and you know over the years I’ve talked to hundreds upon hundreds of people that work with Otto hotkey and what I’ve really understood is that there’s a really kind of a very tight prototype you know a profile of our personality traits like we we all almost
nobody in in like a few of them that really made me laugh was like tank and what’s his name the guy that wrote Otto hotkey H Eugene um neither of these guys are programmers right and like in YouTube I was gonna say that like I was gonna say like most of the people who we have talked to actually the guy from rupadium right yeah he was he’s not really a programmer and he’s like yeah I’m just learning stuff they’re doing amazing things yeah they do things that you you’re like did you really do that yeah
it’s really really impressive but they have this one thing it’s like they they need they need results you know they need to get it done they’re not going to sit around and or they’re also not going to spend 50 grand for something that you’re like you know this is actually I can get something close for what I need and it’s easy so yeah it’s this this thing of this passion though to yeah you’re willing to invest a little bit of time to learn but you don’t have to be a coder or whatever
um and and that was what I really realized was we’re a bunch of go-getters that work hard yeah there’s something and that’s that’s what creates our community right because yeah right now we have a bunch of people who some of them are even programmers in other languages I remember Thomas for example he programs in JavaScript or something like that and he’s just uh you know talking to us and uh asking questions you will be surprised he actually showed me a little bit of a feature that he’s
creating for one of his projects and I’m really surprised what he did out there so but the fact is that we sit around he asks questions and I just go ahead and take a little time to explain you know how I would have done it or why these approaches better and sometimes I even get to learn myself because he was using this uh webview controller that I have never used before so in a community you have you get somebody to talk to about something that you like as they were explaining right and when you do that when you’re talking about
something that you like the time flies actually we haven’t been noticing that the two hour you know hero lessons they they fly away and we’re even testing to see if we could actually do some on Saturdays as well because yeah you know we see the need for that well I was gonna say go back if you guys want something fun watch the video where is Ace and I first meet right and we I think we talked for like two hours like or maybe it was longer yeah it was a really long time we have so much fun right yeah really fun talking to someone
else who who gets what you’re doing and what you’re trying and anyway so it the point is you’re building friendships but you’re you’re learning too and you’re learning from each other and like you just said we also are learning from each other and it’s really fun to watch how people do stuff so that’s a big part of what the hero group’s all about right yeah and now this is the the other thing but a lot of people might think that oh okay so they’re going to be talking
about very complex stuff well well that is something that sometimes the case what happens is that in the group there’s a lot of people like most of the people that are in the group are just starting out or do not have a lot of experience so most of the questions are usually things that are simple so even though as the group grows we might have different questions and sometimes we’re enter into topics that might be a little bit more complex but that is a good thing because if you always do only the simple stuff you’ll never gonna get
better now even though you are not you know understanding the whole thing but the fact that you’re exposed to it helps you know that there’s some other things out there that might one day you say like oh I needed to do this oh I remember the last time we were talking about that let me go ahead and watch the video or ask them hey can you explain that again one more time we’re more than happy to go ahead and go over it well and the other thing is that I’d say about that because I I 100 agree exposure you know to different stuff but
often even when you find people who are very Advanced their Auto hockey is such a vast language with different ways of doing things people just didn’t even think that you could do a thing in a certain way right like you know I mean there’s so many things that are available that just Boggle the mind and that’s where when people bring up a question someone else you know often you or I have you know tried something but then other people suggest things too and you’re like wow I didn’t you know I
never thought about doing that again I think it’s really important to you know it gives you some time you know right now like you said we have two hours on Fridays and then we’re starting a Saturday hour and uh I think it’s great there’s also the telegram Group which you’ve seen also like people are in there you and I are in there so that way during the week we’re answering people’s questions and pointing in the right direction and and giving little nudges here and there of you know that and then
we have our live calls which are much more fun you know dynamic helping people um those are not streamed to YouTube so those you don’t see here in this way if people have private data yeah the other people in the groups yet but it’s not streamed onto a public platform so you can be a little more open about it yeah so and also you know you get 25 off if you want to buy any of our courses or if you did want like we’re not encouraging this but if you wanted Consulting work and stuff if you’re a hero member you

of money it still gives you a reason to say oh you know I need to go to that because I’m paying for it right so I gotta justify it and so it’s another reason why you we want to make money yes but it’s much more about helping people to learn how to live a better life actually even even if you don’t if you don’t want to pay at the beginning you can go to the free calls you see how is how it is and as soon as you figure it out because as soon as you see the free calls you will notice oh I need more
time because I want to make my questions and stuff like right A lot of people started off that way and and they again we’re growing because there’s not enough time yeah there’s not enough time for us to do it so yeah and again it’s you know on the free calls we’re streaming it to YouTube so if you have something private it’s you know and that’s where we’re you know we’re actually a really tight group of people right and so it’s it when you’re sharing your screen it’s not

this is where is X and I we spend most a day in Zoom talking and half the time I’m helping him and he’s far better coder than I am right but it’s that interacting with other people it really makes a huge difference to spot things that just you know you wouldn’t get that’s right all right cheers
