Easily Transcribe your audio with Whisper from Chat GPT
While windows 10/11 has built-in Voice to text capabilities, it isn’t the best. We’ve found Whisper, from Chat GPT, is amazingly accurate and pretty inexpensive.
This AHK V2 script is the first of many we’ll be relying on Whisper but it’s a solid start. You simply 1) identify your microphone then decide on a hotkey to use and then you can hold the hotkey and talk.
Your text will be transcribed and then returned to you on the clipboard.
