Want One Key to Do More?

Built-in shortcuts only work while Camtasia is the active window, and you can’t add new ones. These tools let you pick your own hotkeys:

  • Prompt Assistant: paste your lesson intro, callout text, or standard video description with a hotkey you pick
  • Course Creator Tools: more of our picks for people who record and build training videos
  • Second Keyboard Manager: turn a spare number keypad into one-key buttons for split, ripple delete and markers
