GoTo Meeting has a keyboard shortcut for a lot of what you click every day. Here are 11 that work on Windows, grouped by what you’re trying to do.
We checked every one against GoTo Meeting Support: Use keyboard shortcuts during your meeting on October 21, 2026.

Want One Key to Do More?
Built-in shortcuts only work while GoTo Meeting is the active window, and you can’t add new ones. These tools let you pick your own hotkeys:
- Device Mute: mute your mic with your own hotkey from any window, even when GoTo Meeting is hidden
- Prompt Assistant: paste your dial-in details or “Can everyone see my screen?” into the meeting chat with a hotkey you pick
- Remote Work Tools for Zoom and Teams: more of our picks for mute, camera and screen share
