Howdy %Name%,

When the brain has an easier time processing something it feels right.

And when something feels right it is not a big leap to assume it is right.

It’s why many marketers try and think of things that rhyme.

It’s also one of the main reasons a lot of people come to AutoHotkey.

Compared to other languages AutoHotkey is very intuitive and “makes sense” as the commands are named very well so you understand what it is they are doing.

It’s also the main reason why, during client and AHK Hero calls, I try and be sure that I attend.

Isaias is amazing but sometimes he will explain things at an advanced level.

I try to provide very simple ways to think about the topic so it is easier for our clients to “get it”.

So just remember, when you’re learning something new, it’s okay to start off with simple tutorials.

Then, over time, you can “level-up” to more advanced topics.  And remember:

AutoHotkey is your gateway to Automation

Now on with the show…

Don’t Screw-up your video Recording❗

It’s super-easy to forget your webcam is covering parts of your screen when you’re recording in OBS or Zoom.   That is unless you use our Webcam Reminder.

Check out this video how it not only reminds you where your webcam is but also let’s you put up bullets / reminders that the viewers cannot see!

Improving People’s Lives: Story #37

One of our clients just started a club membership (similar to the AHK Hero group) and wanted to get a list of current members.

Just like we did for ourselves, we use AutoHotkey to connect to the mySQL database driving her WordPress website so she can, dynamically, pull a list of current members with the click of a button!

Our tool also let’s you take the list and email them directly!

⚡️Productivity tips: Batch your Tasks

I was having dinner with a fellow AutoHotkey user and mentioned to them how I try and batch things together to save time.

I go as far as putting on my sock, then shoe, to avoid having to re-lift my leg.

Seems silly but the more you put your mind to it, the more you realize we can batch similar things together.  Be creative and you’ll amaze yourself!
