Amazon, eBay and Etsy Seller Tools for Product Photos, Titles and Receipts

Resize, rename and watermark a whole shoot of product photos in one pass, score your listing title before it goes live, and save every Amazon sourcing invoice as a PDF.

You know the drill. You get back from a sourcing run (or finish a batch at the workbench), set up the lightbox, and shoot 60 product photos in an hour. Feels productive.

Then the real work starts. Every photo is huge and named IMG_2291.jpg. A few came from a supplier in a format nothing wants. Etsy, eBay and your Shopify store each want their own size. Then you still have to write a title that gets the click, and somewhere there’s a pile of Amazon order invoices your CPA wants for COGS.

None of that is selling. It’s busywork, and it’s the reason your listing backlog grows faster than you can clear it. Sound familiar? ❓

Here’s the thing: Seller Central, Etsy and eBay aren’t the problem. It’s all the little stuff you do around them, by hand, SKU after SKU. That’s exactly the kind of work a computer should be doing for you.

So below are the tools I’d hand any online seller, most helpful first. Some run on your Windows PC, some run right in your browser. None of them need you to learn anything techy. Click Learn more or Try it on any one for the full rundown.

Now on with the show… 😃

Product Photos: Upload-Ready in One Pass 📸

Your camera (or phone) shoots huge files. Every marketplace wants them smaller, named sensibly and in a format it accepts. Here’s how to get the whole shoot there without opening each photo.

ToolWhat it does for you
Image Size Reducer
Learn more →
Browser version →
Point it at the whole shoot and every photo shrinks to the max size you pick. It never enlarges anything, keeps the shape, and your originals stay safe. The browser version can also shrink to a max file size, handy when an upload form caps the MB.
Bulk Rename
Try it →
Windows version →
Turn IMG_2291.jpg into SKU-1042-01.jpg, SKU-1042-02.jpg and so on, in order, for the whole folder. You see every new name BEFORE anything changes. Your photo folder matches your inventory list.
Image Converter
Learn more →
Supplier sent WEBP files your listing tool won’t take? Drag, drop, done. Converts between 13 image formats right on your PC, and the new files land next to the originals. No sketchy upload sites.
Watermarker
Try it →
Stamp your shop name or logo on a batch of photos before they go to Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook, so photo thieves at least have to crop you out. (Amazon doesn’t allow logos or watermarks on your main image, so check each marketplace’s photo rules first.)
Tip: Run Image Size Reducer first, then Bulk Rename with the SKU as the prefix. Two steps and the whole shoot is ready to upload, named the same way on every listing. Future you, hunting for SKU-1042 during a return, will say thanks. 😊
Listing Copy and Creative: Titles, Mockups and Social Posts ✍️

The photos stop the scroll. The title and the creative earn the click.

ToolWhat it does for you
ScoreMyCopy
Learn more →
Paste your product title (or your PPC ad headline), describe who’s buying, and click Score. It grades it out of 100 using the rules of the old-school direct-response greats, then Auto Improve keeps rewriting until it hits the score you want. (It judges the copy. Your keyword research still decides what goes in it.)
ImageCreator
Learn more →
Browser version →
Make a shop banner, a lifestyle background or a Q4 promo graphic by describing it, then fix it by talking to it: “make the table rustic wood.” 🤖 (Keep AI images OFF your actual product photos. Buyers need to see the real item, and the marketplaces agree.)
VideoCreator
Try it →
Type a sentence, get a short AI video clip with sound. Queue a few for Reels, TikTok or Pinterest promos and walk away. Bring your own OpenRouter key.
Noticeable Text
Learn more →
Bold or script text for Instagram captions, Facebook group posts and your bio, where there’s no font picker. It’s built from real Unicode characters, so the look travels with the text. (Keep it out of marketplace titles. Amazon and eBay don’t want special characters there.)
Canva Hotkeys
Learn more →
Build your mockups, thumbnails and shop graphics in Canva? This is a sortable sheet of Canva’s built-in keyboard shortcuts. Fewer trips through the menus on every graphic.
Tip: Score three title versions for the same SKU in ScoreMyCopy, then run the winner past your keyword list before you publish. The score tells you if a human will want to click. Your keyword research tells you if they’ll find it.
Sourcing, COGS and Tax Time: Ditch the Shoebox 💰

You’re running a real business, and at tax time you need to prove what you paid for inventory. These handle the paperwork side.

ToolWhat it does for you
Amazon Invoice Auto-Downloader
Learn more →
Source on Amazon (online arbitrage) or buy your poly mailers and tape there? Hover an order in your order history, press a key, and its invoice saves as a PDF named with the order ID, all in one folder. That’s your COGS paper trail. (This is for orders you BOUGHT, not your Seller Central sales reports. Needs admin rights on your PC.)
PDF Merger
Learn more →
Drag in a month of sourcing invoices, put them in order and get ONE PDF for your bookkeeper. Also handy for bundling a wholesale account application or supplier price sheets.
Smart File Renamer
Learn more →
Got a Downloads folder full of invoices, shipping label PDFs and supplier price sheets? Describe what you want in plain English (“only the invoices from 2024”) and it checks off the matching files so you can rename or move them together.
Repeat Buyers and In-Person Sales 🔁

Marketplace customers belong to the marketplace. Your own email list and your craft fair table belong to you.

ToolWhat it does for you
DripCampaign
Try it →
Someone joins the email list on your own website (or at your booth), and your welcome and follow-up emails go out on their own, on schedule. It keeps working while you’re packing orders. (Only email people who signed up with you directly. Marketplace buyer emails are off limits.)
QR Actions
Learn more →
Browser version →
QR codes that DO something. Put one on your booth sign that saves your shop contact, one that drafts an email to join your list, one that adds your next market date to their calendar. (Amazon is strict about package inserts, so check the rules before anything goes in an FBA box.)
QRtoCash
Try it →
Selling at a pop-up market or a local pickup? Make a QR code that sends the buyer straight to paying you. No fumbling for change.
Tip: Craft fair this weekend? Print a QRtoCash code for the register and a QR Actions code that signs people up for your list. Then DripCampaign sends the welcome email while you’re still packing up the tent. ⚡

One thing I’ve learned: you don’t need to automate your whole shop this week. Pick ONE thing on this list that bugs you on every single SKU. Fix that. Then pick the next one.

A few minutes back per listing adds up fast when you list dozens a week. That’s more time for sourcing, for new products, and for your family. That’s the real FREEDOM.

How about you? What’s the one piece of listing prep you’d love to never do by hand again? Drop me a note and tell me. I read every one.
